Olivia Hoy, MA
Psychotherapist (She/Her)
You may be entering a new chapter of your life without knowing exactly where it will lead. Perhaps an old way of understanding yourself no longer fits. You may be questioning your identity, noticing patterns in your relationships, or sensing that something important is shifting beneath the surface.
You do not have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Therapy can also be a place to become curious about who you are, how you relate to others, and what you want your life to become.
My approach is calm, relational, and collaborative. I will not tell you who to be or rush you toward an answer, but I also will not leave you alone with the difficult parts. I will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, share what I notice, and stay engaged as we explore your experiences together.
We may look at the attachments, relationships, beliefs, and stories that have shaped the way you see yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel genuinely seen and, over time, to help you see yourself more clearly.
Not every emotion arrives in obvious language. Sometimes we understand ourselves through a story, song, image, metaphor, or creative connection. I enjoy helping clients find their own language for expressing what they feel and need.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, body image, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and school or peer difficulties. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and people who want therapy to include the many parts of who they are.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can step a little further together when you are ready.
Olivia is a Psychotherapist who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Kutztown University. You can meet with Olivia in person at our Audubon and Douglassville location, as well as via telesession.
